Once, in another world, Kaarle's father Karl cheated the Death himself.
Death got really mad for Karl making fool of him, so he threatened to take his son. He said: "One day your son will serve me. One way or another!"
Karl got scared, and couldn't even think about what Death might have meant. He travelled all around the world with his son, when he finally found what he was looking for. The most powerfull Witch agreed to send Kaarle to another dimension, to hide from Death. But this cost Karl his eye sight, the Witch needed his eyes to search for another world. He couldn't see his son cry when he said goodbye to him.

So now Kaarle is in this strange, cold world. He doesn't have any friends, he doesn't have his father. And still sometimes he can feel Death calling him.

He needs to find someone to call a friend, so he can feel safe.

He went to the customs, but I didn't have to open the package there, so I was pretty excited to open him up! Also for once I didn't have to pay tax from the shipping value! Some people there count the tax from the total amount, but some more intelligent ones understand to take the shipping out of the price!

Now what I need to do is find him a wig and decide what kind of face-up I want for him...

It's been snowing A LOT today! I even made the mistake to go for a walk - Not a good idea :P

It looks now really lovely outside!

When winter comes, this little fairy tones her bright colors down a bit and hides her delicate wings under the clothes (who could fly when it's snowing anyways?). Of course it's not winter yet, but she tells us that she is going to meet a new friend in winter, so she wants to be prepared.
She also tells that her new friend is going to be a sad person, so the friend needs a lot of cheering up.

I've been disliking her for a loooong time now, so I tried to change her style.. lets see if this works.. I'd rather see her in rich chocolate brown wig though. Why oh why didn't I get her a brown wig from Iple instead of that short blonde one??????
I still don't like the fact that the body is a bad poser. Beautiful body and doll, but it still doesn't work :/

Me and H whitnessed a "minor" forest fire today when we were having a walk in Liipola/Nikkilä. I think someone lit a pile of wood on purpose, I mean someone who isn't supposed to lit them! Like young kids or some drunken people :P Liipola is kinda bad area....

All my clothes and hair were smeling of smoke, so I had to take a shower when I got home.
Now I'm tired, we walked TWO HOURS x_____x

Me and my bad habits! I started making socks for Lotte around 8 PM yesterday and after that I continued the sewing by making a dress for her that I've been planning for making for a while now.. Of course I finished it around midnight :P

Hooookay, I accidentally posted this before writing anything xD

The re-stringing is now half way done. That means Lotte and Ella have now new strings! Megumi and Elias are still waiting for the operation.
Ella's strings were a bit too short maybe, so I had a hard time putting her feet to the strings, since they don't have s-hooks, instead they have that knob in the feet.. So I was like sweating when I was pulling the strings. It would have been wise to do that BEFORE I had a shower :P

I still haven't continued my sewing projects...

I got my Dollmore package this morning, so I can start restringing my dolls today! YAY!

My Iple wigs arrived this morning before I went to work :)
I was actually in the toilet when the delivery man came, so my mom had to wake up (she isn't working now because she injured her toe) and sign it :P I was surprised that they arrived now, because I just happened to check my order status yesterday and it said "on shipping".. I thought it would take some more time to arrive, but I don't actually know when they shipped since I didn't get any notice from them.

Today at work we got a warning to not to call back to those scam-numbers that begin with +393. I actually got a call from one of those numbers couple weeks ago (to my work phone) and managed to answer to it. It sounded like someone was trying to sen a fax to a false number so I hung it up. Then I googled the number and realised it was a scam xD Luckily they are only bad if you try to call them back, and who would call back to those numbers when you can clearly see they come from some other country :P
We sometimes get (real) calls from Lithuania, so I thought that came from there, since I haven't personally gotten any of the Lithuanian calls yet ;D

Okay.. back to work.. still this week and next monday, and then it's all over! :/

So.. yeah.. SOOM finally got me.... Now I have one little grey unicorn boy coming home.. DAMN! First I was like "Nope, these aren't that special either.. but then I started thinking about their cute faces and how the grey boy would be like a bit dark character and how I could take some photoshoots in winter in the snow.. and.. I DIED!
I'm totally keeping his both heads and the silly tail and horn ;D I didn't get him face-up so I think I'd like to bother yenna with two face-ups and hoove-painting ;) I also only got him the wig and then some different colored eyes.
Seems like many Finns are getting Bygg too..

So.. Nellie gets a friend, she won't be the only fantasy creature here then :)
Luckily I have plenty of time to think about a name for him.

Edit: He'd be my thirteenth bjd (if we don't count the two that I've sold). So his name could have something to do with bad luck.. Too bad Thirteen is too difficult to write (or pronounce xD) so that one is out :P

Edit2: I think his name will be Kaarle. It's a Finnish name, it means "a free man" or something like that :)
Not 100 % sure though if that's my final decision ;)

I tried GIMP and I think I hate it. I usually use some ooooold and crappy Arcsoft PhotoStudio 2000 that came with my old scanner (that doesn't work with Vista.. and I can update that program either.. stupid Vista...) but at least it's easy to use.. so I'll continue using that :D
